  • A detailed study, involving extensive interviews with internal and external stakeholders, of the organisational and cultural needs of a major UK charity. This was followed by extensive facilitation of the creation of a new structure and the subsequent change-management process
  • Facilitation of a detailed review of the marketing structure of a major international membership organisation
  • An in-depth review of strategy with the directors of a European energy consultancy, including an away-day involving all their consultants, following a detailed opinion survey of fifty clients in Europe and the US. This process has now been carried out at two-yearly intervals over the last eight years and is a key part of their business-management processes
  • A comprehensive review of strategy for a major Education Action Zone, involving interviews and a series of facilitated away-days with the Director and thirty Head Teachers
  • An extended review of a university's strategy with the Marketing Director
  • Detailed reviews of strategy, including away-days, with a number of small to medium-sized businesses
