This is a unique and exciting experiential learning programme
created to enhance individuals' leadership skills.
It is suitable for director-level and senior-management
staff with significant experience in management.
Although management theory plays an important part in the
programme, the programme is highly practical. The prime
objective is for participants to learn and practise new
skills in order to enhance their effectiveness in the work-place.
Quite simply, we change the way people do things.
The standard LMC programme involves three separate weeks,
typically run at three-monthly intervals, but can be tailored
to suit each organisation's precise needs. Over 600 people
have attended the programme to date.
