Culture Change
Organisational culture is a subject which is often much discussed
but little understood.
Organisations can never be fully successful in achieving
their strategies if the prevailing culture is not supportive,
yet many organisations struggle to define or understand
their culture and, even less, know how to change it. Through use of our expertise and models, we enable organisations to understand their cultures
and the factors that have shaped them.
Once analysed, the strengths and weaknesses of a culture,
and its fit with the organisation's goals, can be identified
and a series of change-management processes be determined
and implemented.
