- In depth reviews of organisations' strategies and business plans, through interviews with a range of internal and external stake-holders and the drafting of a detailed report, with recommendations for action
- Client opinion surveys and employee opinion
surveys. These provide a powerful and objective
comparison between goals and reality
- One-to-one in-depth interviews with
key personnel. These can either follow, or be separate
from, any opinion surveys that are carried out
- Facilitated Away-days. External facilitation
enables all those present to participate actively, without
having to be concerned with 'managing ' the event. It
also ensures that there is robust challenge and debate
- Ongoing consultancy support
