Many organisations regularly review their business strategies and HR strategies and assess how effectively they are being implemented.

At Darbyshire Consulting, our role is to help our clients to test, in a rigorous and objective manner, the strength of their strategies and how effectively they are being implemented.

We help clients to do this through:

  • Client opinion surveys and employee opinion surveys. These provide a powerful and objective comparison between goals and reality
  • One-to-one in-depth interviews with key personnel. These can either follow, or be separate from, any opinion surveys that are carried out
  • Facilitated Away-days. External facilitation enables all those present to participate actively, without having to be concerned with 'managing ' the event. It also ensures that there is robust challenge and debate
  • Ongoing consultancy support
